Additional Details: For all extended-stay reservations, a $1,500 damage hold will be placed on the payment card on the day of departure. This hold remains in place for 7 days while our management team completes a property inspection.

  • If damage is identified, guests will be contacted before any charges are applied.

  • If no issues are found, the hold will be released in full after the 7-day inspection period.
