Set on a picturesque, tree-lined street in Walla Walla’s historic district, Washington House is a beautifully restored home built in 1900 just a short walk to downtown restaurants, wineries, shops, and Whitman College. Palladian columns and a sweet front porch welcome you to this elegant, light-filled retreat.
With over 2,500 square feet of living space and soaring 11-foot ceilings on the main floor, the home offers abundant natural light from its south-facing front, while the shaded backyard is tucked behind grand trees on the north side for privacy and comfort.

Please note: The hot tub has been professionally cleaned before your arrival. Follow all posted rules at the property for using the hot tub. If the hot tub needs to be drained, cleaned, and filled after your stay, a $250 fee will be assessed. Our staff takes pre- and post-stay pictures of the hot tub, and we are happy to share those with you should the fee be charged.
Cancellations: A 4% merchant service processing fee will be applied to all cancellations (except for Marriott reservations).

We bought this 1900 gem from a local Walla Walla family who poured years of love and energy into restoring it beginning in 2013. We'll continue to improve and enhance the beautiful experience they created. We love this town, its people, the food, and its wine. Our two daughters love playing in the park. Why did we choose this property? Walkable historic neighborhood-easy stroll to downtown's food and shops, tasting rooms, Pioneer Park, and Whitman College campus. What makes this property unique? A thoughtfully restored 1900 home with historically intact details—a welcoming covered porch, elegant Palladian columns, and the original fireplace-paired with modern comforts. Every bedroom has its own full spa bathroom, so each guest gets their own. We're committed to ongoing stewardship to keep elevating one of Walla Walla's BEST stays in city limits.
