The Greentree Retreat is a quick 8-minute drive from downtown Walla Walla. The 2,380-square-foot home has plenty of room to relax and enjoy friends and family. The house features high ceilings, open spaces, and areas for relaxation both inside and out. The well-appointed Chef's Kitchen is the heart of the house. You can entertain your guests at the bar and family room while preparing meals.
Smart TVs in the family room and each bedroom are there for you to watch your favorite show or game.
The Greentree Retreat boasts a beautifully landscaped backyard with a 2,400-square-foot patio. A large pavilion covers the outdoor kitchen, dining area and fire pit and is equipped with fans and radiant heaters to extend your enjoyment in any season. The backyard also boasts a number of other cozy seating areas, a perfect yard for corn hole or croquet, and a 7-person hot tub (16 years and up only for hot tub) for relaxing after a long day.
Please note: The hot tub has been professionally cleaned before your arrival. Follow all posted rules at the property for using the hot tub. If the hot tub needs to be drained, cleaned, and filled after your stay, a $250 fee will be assessed. Our staff takes pre- and post-stay pictures of the hot tub, and we are happy to share those with you should the fee be charged.

Our stay over 3 nights was perfect. Alexa’s home is beautiful, well maintained, and completely set up to host a small group of 4 couples. Lots of space to enjoy hanging out, and we especially enjoyed the covered outdoor patio with the fire pit, large table, and kitchen to up. Our group enjoyed grilling and hanging out for 2 nights during our stay. The home really is lovely. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about what a great place it was!

We are a group of 5 women who travel together to many different locations together. Greentree Retreat was all that we expected and more. From the moment we checked in, we felt at home. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean spacious and beautifully appointed. The kitchen was so large that the 5 of us were able to work together to prepare a meal comfortably. Then we went outside!! We were amazed at the lovely yard and outside living space. We spent many hours eating meals, playing cards, and having our morning coffee. We are looking forward to returning

We stayed at this location for a wine trip to Walla Walla and it was absolutely wonderful. The home is exactly as it looks like in the pictures and the stay was perfect. The home is is well equipped for everything you need on a trip. The location is close to everything that we did (dining, shopping, wine tasting, etc.). The instructions for accessing the home were great and the interaction with Alexa was great. The backyard is AMAZING. We spent our evenings out in the backyard enjoying the home. We would absolutely recommend this location for anyone visiting Walla Walla. Thank you Alexa!

We had such a great stay at Alexa’s place. The house is beautiful and felt even better in person, and everything was super clean when we got there. Alexa was really easy to communicate with and always quick to respond, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were simple with clear instructions, and we really appreciated her letting us check in a bit early—it helped a lot with our travel plans. Would absolutely stay here again.
