The lower-level media room offers a large TV and queen sleeper sofa, creating an additional space for movie nights, relaxing, or extra sleeping accommodations.

The Boyer house was larger than expected and had a homey feel. The fenced in backyard was also large and allowed for games to be played and a safe place to let our two dogs be outside. There are two great parks in walking distance which were also fun for the grandkids to play. The kitchen was well supplied with all things needed for cooking and eating. The refrigerator was quite large as well and held everything we brought with us for three days we were there. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. Would definitely book this home again!

It was a great stay. I was there with 7 total people for an alumni event and we were able to stay there comfortably. Very good location in a peaceful neighborhood and very close to downtown. Would highly recommend for groups of up to 8 people!

Loved our stay here! It was exactly as pictured and extremely close to everything! It was a very accommodating space and we were allowed early check in which was fantastic!! We would stay here again anytime!
