Escape to your private sanctuary at Il Terrazzo Estate. Savor the unparalleled privacy and modern sophistication of this one-of-a-kind wine country compound. The expansive 3940 square foot estate sits on a high bluff on 10 acres of terraced vineyards. The main 5-bedroom home and 2-bedroom cottage are paired together as the ideal vacation retreat for up to 16 guests.
The Main house's top floor has two King Bedrooms and one full bathroom. The Main house's lower floor has two King Bedrooms, one Queen Bedroom, and one full bathroom. The cottage has two King Bedrooms (one with a single trundle bed en suite) and one Full Bathroom.
Views of the Walla Walla Valley and the Blue Mountains dazzle guests from every window and patio. Your large group can gather at the outdoor dining gazebo, enjoy yard games, and cuddle by the fire pit. It’s easy to forget you are minutes from some of Walla Walla's finest restaurants and wine tasting destinations! L'Ecole Winery, Woodward Canyon Winery, and Waterbrook Winery are 3 minutes from the property. This is a pet-friendly property. 2 dogs maximum, $100 flat fee. Must be in a reservation. Cancellation policy applies to pets too.

Beautiful home and perfect for my bday celebration with 12 friends from different times of my life! We all gathered, enjoyed each other’s company, played games, danced, played pickleball, went wine/cider tasting. The home was perfect for a large group. The outdoor space was perfect for enjoying dinner together, playing games. We had an amazing time.

We rented Alexa’s place for a golf trip with 8 guys. Having the multiple areas with seating was a plus. We were never short of places where all or most of us could sit and hang out in the evening after golf. The outdoor kitchen is a great space for relaxing with friends. The house was close to the highway for easy access to town, but felt private and far away from everything. It was a great fit for our needs.

This home was gorgeous and had all of the amenities we needed. 8 of us stayed here and we each had our own bed, and by the way, the beds are very comfortable. We were shocked to walk into the home and see the table set beautifully, coffee and tea service set out. This is one of the best Airbnb's I've stayed at.

This was an excellent house. We had 10 people (4 couples, 2 singles) and had plenty of space to spread out. From a circling around the fire pit every night to being right next to some great wineries. The house was absolutely fantastic. Alexa did a great job of trying to hook us up with some food options and was incredibly responsive during our stay. 10/10, everyone that came would absolutely stay here again.
