For all stays at this extended-stay property, a $1,500 damage hold will be placed on the payment card on the day of departure and will remain in place for 7 days while our management team completes the property inspection.
If damage is found, guests will be contacted before any funds are collected for repairs or replacements. If no issues are identified, the hold will be released in full after the 7-day inspection period.
Cancellations: A 4% merchant service processing fee will be applied to all cancellations (except for Marriott reservations).

Division house was just as Alexa described. She forgot to add how beautiful the flowers were and the charming sounds of the peacocks in Pioneer Park. We thoroughly enjoyed the serenity of the backyard. For an extended stay, we could have used more space for clothes, but no matter…we will return.

This beautiful home is just in a perfect location for us and especially our baby boy who loves walking to Pioneer Park. It’s well maintained and stocked. Property management is quite responsive. Would definitely stay there again!
