University Pub Craftsman has been recently renovated in all the right places. You'll enjoy a new bathroom, a new kitchen, and a new outdoor space. We held on to the charm of the original 1920 craftsman style.
The home features a considerable sitting porch, original hardwood floors, craftsman features, a large fireplace mantle, and built-in cabinetry. We recently added a second bathroom and super-fun Game Room-Bar on the lower level. Darts and shuffleboard, anyone?
University Pub Craftsman is located in a peaceful, welcoming neighborhood close to everything. Downtown Walla Walla, Whitman College, award-winning wines, and dining are a pleasant six-block walk.
The house is also just two blocks from the Green Lantern Tavern (themed as the Whitman College pub) with a diverse menu, an array of beers on tap, bar games, and a beautiful beer garden. Pizza, Thai, and Mexican restaurants are all just a few blocks away.
University Pub Craftsman has a fully-fenced yard with fire pit and seating areas — perfect for pets, kids, outdoor dining, and relaxing.

“This was a great pick for us. Just the right size for 2 couples. Loved the back yard and off street parking. The house has everything you need. We cooked dinner there twice and we were not short on utensils, pans, etc. They even had real wine glasses and not just a couple! We travel here frequently so we will be back to this lovely home!”
